Thank you to everyone that was able to come to the Heights Garden Saturday Morning Work Day on September 23. We had a great turn out! Kids and families spent most of the time painting vegetable markers for our veggie beds. Additionally, they got some gardening in (weeding and general cleanup) and added a few bags of compost to all of the empty veggie beds that will soon be filled by the school's Garden Club!
If interested in school garden related activities, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Heights PTA has raised nearly $2,000 in the first week of the Heights Community Campaign! Way to go Wildcat families! With three weeks to go, we need everyone’s continued support to reach our goal of $10,000. This money will pay for a multitude of student and family enrichment programs throughout the year. Additionally, these funds will subsidize the STAR Teacher Fund for use by Heights teachers toward the needs of each classroom (school supplies, field trip expenses, books and much more). Please turn in the Donation Sheet along with your contribution to the school’s office or your child’s homeroom teacher by Friday, October 20, 2017. For additional Donation Sheets, please Click Here>>
